• Relationship patterns and boundaries
• Caregiver stress and burnout
About the Therapist
Katelyn Pearson, MSW, LSW
I am a Licensed Social Worker with over eight years of experience supporting adults through life transitions, emotional stress, and complex challenges. My background includes adult protective services and clinical case management, where I developed a strong foundation in assessment and person-centered care.
I offer therapy for adults navigating depression, anxiety, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, using a collaborative and thoughtful approach. I hold dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Geriatric Psychology and am completing advanced training in women’s mental health.
I practice under ongoing clinical supervision in accordance with Colorado law.
I believe the therapeutic relationship matters deeply. That’s why I offer a free consultation, so you can ask questions and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward.
What To Expect From Therapy
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to offer a supportive, collaborative space where you can slow down, talk openly, and work through what’s been weighing on you.
Sessions are conversational and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore current concerns, patterns, and goals, and develop practical strategies to support emotional balance, clarity, and meaningful change over time.
Therapy is not about having all the right answers, it’s about creating space to understand yourself more fully and move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
